I love this idea. Take your child's artwork and turn it into a sewing pattern. You could easily make this into a pillow or patch on a quilt. Maybe even use your child's artwork as a pattern on a gift for a loved one.

very cute idea! Though I can't quite sew myself. I wonder if there is a company who does it for you?
That is a cool idea! I once saw in a magazine a company who makes rugs out of kids artwork, hand prints, etc.
