Tree Topper Conundrum

Co•nun•drum — Spelled Pronunciation [kuh-nuhn-druhm]
1. a riddle, the answer to which involves a pun or play on words, as What is black and white and read all over? A newspaper

2. anything that puzzles.

So what is my conundrum, How to put this beautiful tree topper (left) on to our somewhat finished tree (right) Any ideas ladies????

I would tie a chop stick (or any other stick) to the best lead you have on the tree - sort of like lashing something to the mainsail of a sailboat - so that it sticks up beyond the tree. Then you could put the tree topper on that and it won't show. I like your tree topper, by the way. We accidentally threw ours out with the tree last year so will have to look out for a new one.

Thanks everyone,
I had some garden bamboo left over from the spring. The kind you tie your plants too when they are to top heavy. I duct taped it to the top branch and slid the topper down. As for where I got it, 7.99 at HomeSense.
