Tree Topper Conundrum

Co•nun•drum — Spelled Pronunciation [kuh-nuhn-druhm]
–noun
1. a riddle, the answer to which involves a pun or play on words, as What is black and white and read all over? A newspaper

2. anything that puzzles.

So what is my conundrum, How to put this beautiful tree topper (left) on to our somewhat finished tree (right) Any ideas ladies????

I would tie a chop stick (or any other stick) to the best lead you have on the tree - sort of like lashing something to the mainsail of a sailboat - so that it sticks up beyond the tree. Then you could put the tree topper on that and it won't show. I like your tree topper, by the way. We accidentally threw ours out with the tree last year so will have to look out for a new one.

oh my goodness its beautiful lisey!!! maybe try fishing wire up the ornament then attaching the wire to the tree? is there any way to bend the top pieces of the tree up the topper?

Thanks everyone,
I had some garden bamboo left over from the spring. The kind you tie your plants too when they are to top heavy. I duct taped it to the top branch and slid the topper down. As for where I got it, 7.99 at HomeSense.
