DIY envelope

Hey there, have you ever had to give a gift card to someone and didn't like the folded envelope it came it?
Or do you buy your gift cards in bulk like K and I do at Costco? Either way here's a quick and easy craft anyone can do to make a fun and fabulous envelope.

Step 1: Cut 2 pieces of co ordinating [or the same] paper into 7" and 5" squares.

Step 2: Find the center of all four sides on the large square and make creases connecting them. These will form 4 triangle flaps that meet in the centre.

Step 3: Glue the smaller square inside with a 1/4" border away from all the previous folds.

Step 4: Using scrapbooking adhesive dots [or tape folded back on it self], stick the gift card in the centre of the small square.

Step 5: Fold all of the flaps back into the center to "close" the envelope.

Step 6: "Seal" the envelope with a sticker or a little piece of paper and write your message on it.
